I don't think you can be happy unless you're devoting yourself to some goal and striving, even if you're independently wealthy - it doesn't have to be just slaving to keep a roof over your head. Aren't we happiest when we've accomplished some goal that took hard work and discipline? |

I'm pretty happy at this point in my life. Sure a lot of people make it by cheating, or just gettin' lucky, or by "who-you-know" but that's fine. You shouldn't be working your ass off for your image or other people ... it should be done for yourself so you can take a step back and really be proud of what you are doing. Right? |
