you really need to direct your comments at someone because
there are quite a few people talkin in this thread.

and you STILL haev yet to show ANY SIGN OF "understanding"
or "knowledge" about this situation.

You keep blabbin on about how "what the fuck have you got to
say on the subject?

twat"

seriously, if you know what yer talking about so much, how
bout you join the cnoversation instead of taking 5 steps
back and shooting everyone down.

At least I backup my threads with information.

You, you keep going on about ignorance and yadda yadda yadda
without any real information on the subject.

As far as Im concerned, yer spamming like the rest of us.

Bring out the big guns, boy.

what they'r talking about when it comes to depression.

Now suddenly ...... ????

You people have such a hard time getting your opinion

i disagree with the first post but there is some truth to
it. too often ppl seek clincal help instead of theraputic.
popping pills because they can get the from the family
doctor or whoever, instead of actually sitting with a
psychiatrist or therapist to actually find out whats going
wrong. i've been guilty of this myself in the past.

i would say his assumption definitly sits with the majority
of the people in our country at least (usa) where the access
and need for these drugs are greatly exagerated and abused.
much like ADD and ritilan prescriptions for children.

on the other hand its a bs blankant statement because some
actually have a physical need for these medicines and it
can't be denied.

there's really nothing more to be said about the matter..
everything else would opinions open for debate, which this
thread has obviously shown as a communication weakness
here.

Where do you think ego fits into this, mute?

I know I have a hard time really letting myself become
emotionally vulnerable to someone.....How much does self-ego
have on truely opening up to another person?

I have seen far too often that it is the parents who are (as
always) mostly to blame. Children aren't being brought up
like they used to be...too much technology, too much
work...too much daycare...not enough old fashioned
parenting.

sometimes i wish i could get away from computers and
technology and this fast paced life and just go up north or
on a farm or something and live my life on day at a time
like i'm supposed to.

No more of this "two-weeks at a time" living.

well.. if you want to get into that discussion ;] it depends
on your view of the ego. personally i ascribe to jung's view
of the ego which is the part of the self center to
conciousness rather than a measurement of self or the
super-ego...

Instead of being related to a compensating factor related to
self conciousness, it is itself the part of you that is
self-aware.

But anyways I know what you're getting at. I have pretty low
self-esteem (not that i always show it) and I've had the
habbit of retreating away from emotional relationships or
getting too involved. This sounds more like a trust issue
though, like a dog thats been bitten and doesnt want it to
happen again. In which case, expand your ego and get to know
your innerself some more and figure out why that is ;] Or
talk to an objective 3rd party where the trust issue is more
or less one of contract and privacy.

Sounds good on paper anyways !

and of course you know what everyone else has been through
so you can equate everything you said to everyone else on
here who you have never met and are unlikely to do so.

don't be so fucknig naiive and don't tell me to fuck off or
i will continue to mock you, you fucking prick.

"like your
fucking brain, it's made of shit, "

....more negative comments, less talk on the subject.

dog_belch might as well stop dancing around the subject and
just admit he knows nothing about it.

OMG HE ONCE THOUGHT OF SUICIDE.

Drummond, what-ever-the-fuck you are going through right
now, or have been through....why the hell can't you just let
your guard down and talk about it...maybe it'll make you
feel better.

Sheesh.
