this: Milky Globe 12" entitled "Ode to a Beatbox". Milky Globe is the brainchild of Jon Tye, and on this sumptuously packaged slab of heavyweight white vinyl he is joined by Russians EU and SCSI-9, plus Colin McBean (formerly of The Advent) in his Mr. G guise, as they each offer their interpretations of "Ode to a Beatbox". Gushing reviews are already flying in, and the single is receiving radio support from the likes of Rob da Bank, Osymyso, Paul Thomas (One World), Nick Luscombe, Dan Bean (Passion FM) and many more. but i don't have a proper record palyer...i was really impressed with the idea of writing such haiku...than all strange problems occured..i knew the rule of 5-7-5 syllable structure. so i ahd to think how words are divided in english in terms of syllables...i had to listen to evry word, not to read... than someone told that there must be "kegi" or something like that, which determines the time/season of haiku's fabula. and think about rhythm machines. |
