Tassels (sawII) has some GREAT mid-song slight/slow knob
twiddling going on.

listening to it in the dark I can almost imagine that little
wanker slowly twiddlin' that fukin smug knob....circuit
bender whore.

hexagon is the one that goes "this track is far better than
tassels". also its track 7 on the US disc 2.

*cough* Cliffs *cough*

i still hear cliffs (a slight remix'd copy) on MTV

when they are getting ready to go to commercials and they
have like a camera on downtown ney york and have the logos
for the adverts they are about to show, and they have a
remix of cliffs going.

i dont actually watch this

>_>

<_<

but whenever I catch a M8 or someone watching it, and i
always hear that, i GLADLY point out that that's aphex
twin.

They don't always believe me ;)

offline zaphod from the metaverse on 2004-08-19 00:07 [#01308861]

yeah, i've heard that too. i think its just an mtv rip off,
not really a remix per se, since the notes are a bit
different.

rhubarb, you fags.

Yeah, MTV uses "On" a lot too. I mean...I barely ever sit
and watch MTV and yet I must have heard it about 3 times in
the past year. Also, back during the Arizona Diamondbacks
VS New York Yankees World Series an Insurance Agency used
"Cliffs." Someone who works behind the scenes at MTV must
like RDJ.

rhubarb is the best IMO. But I just love how each track
sets the mood.

don't even get me started on matchsticks. Just make sure
there's not any knives in the room if that track comes
on..........

damn I don't have SAWII at work....grrrr,

in/out and wouldn't be able to do my job listening to it.

i remember watching this episode of the sopranos that
finished with the track blur for the end credits. it worked
so well, genius way to end the episode. worked very well.
