i was really getting into these scientific filters and i
was stumbling across a setting that i was fiddling with for
about 1o minutes, i was changing frequencies as if they were
melodies and since i threw on my best effects ive made in
the past, each high note hit would reverb and echo an
amazing dronish synth line that would fluctuate making even
boc proud. then something happened, i thought, this is
perfect, SAVE it, SAVE it. but no, i had to try and tweak
that knob jjjust a bit more and then the program goes dead
and says
"sorry for any inconveniance"

do times like these just make you wanna give up?

heh.. yeah, that's happened to me a lot too.. however, I use
Acid, which does these auto-save thingies all the time, so
I'm ok...

oh and i said i was fiddling with it for 10 minutes, that
was me playing with it and seeing how it sounds, making that
filter from scratch this morning, on the other hand, is what
pissed me off because that didnt save. and really, there
were so many things i did that it would be impossible to
make the exact same thing again.

my roland has a sticky function key, so if im not really
