this album is fantastic...they covered some really big hits in the '80s in a very unique way. acoustic music with lovely vocals...they sound like totally new songs, except for the lyrics ofcourse. here are the people they covered: -joy division -depeche mode -the clash -pil -the cure -dead kennedys -tuxedomoon -sisters of mercy -xtc -killing joke -the undertones -modern english -the specials i especially love version of dead kennedys "too drunk to fuck", "just can't get enough" by depeche mode, "this is not a love song" by pil, "love will tear us appart" by joy division and "guns of brixton" by the clash. if you like easy listening stuff, this is highly recommended!! |

this is the cutest version of a dead kennedys song i've ever heard. is this a live album or did they dub party atmosphere sounds over the whole thing? either way, it's clever. |
