So many delicious moments in that track:

- the flangey bits
- the drill bits
- the ghostly synth
- the acid
- the jungle
- the main melody
- the piano pits
- the way the synth cuts out to reveal the bouncey
percussion
- the way the percussion cuts out to leave the haunted
synths behind...... the tundra bit
-you mix some lovelky stuff into the tundra bit - radio
noise, beats, BoC style crrepy vocals etc
-the sway the beats come back building up, then the
high-hats, then the jungle, ... it pireces yer brain, the
synths get higher, the momentum flourishes and it ends. Epic
stuff.

this and Venus 17 (acid remix) HAVE to be the best tracks of
the year for me...........

Hearing Tundra 4 live at the Royal Festival Hall gig was
nothing short of amazing. Tom deserves every single bit of
praise ever just for that one track.

Effortlessly brilliant

I was front row when he did it at Royal Festival Hall... the
'ghostly synth' bit about halfway into it made my guts
vibrate until I was almost out of breath. Brrrrrill

I loved Tundra, it was easy my favourite track from his
first album, I've tripped out to that so many times. So when
I heard the Breezeblock show live I creamed my duds. It's a
wonderful track. I heard it being played last Friday on
Classic FM too, it more then deserves to be there.

This is a bit sad but I Went to the bother of making sure I
had every er.. b-side? to Ultravisitor from Bleep.com so I
can turn it into a double album. CD2 = (so far) 01. Square
Window, 02. Talk About You & Me, 03 to 06 the rest of the 3"
promo, 07. Venus No.17 (Acid Mix) 08. Tundra 4. For that
extra pinch of sadness I may even go to the bother of gluing
a second 5" cardboard wallet into the opposing side of my
limited ed UV case containing this CD2.

I will always support Tom J even if he does push his loyal
fans about.
