I love their website, that pic and their landscape
backgrounds..., I love that 45 second background tune

...those fading beeps in the background of the melody...

but why is it a dodecahedron (sp?) sun? I thought it was a
hexagon...

the the link to music70.com (in the little green squares)
has a cool little ambient keyboard riff too..

Yknow. I think BoC knows something we don't... we as in the
entire society.

They had the song Turquoise Hexagon Sun. Scientists recently
discovered the color of the Earth now was turquoise. Now
they have a red dodecahedron sun. Scientists also figured
out that the universe would be a reddish period shortly
before it died.

Coincidence?

yes it is true
they are visitors from a distant star cluster loosly
orbiting our own galaxy..
i know this because i have been in contact with them since
their arrival
they are curious about our planet..
they have been sending us seceret messages encoded in their
music...
their instructions are to gather up all the sheep and banas
we can find and to hoard them in our basements to prepare
for next stage.. which they have yet to reveal to me

maybe.

There is, however, definately some subliminal shit in Music
has the Right to Children.

(subliminibal as george bush would say)

has anyone checked out the boardsofcanada.co.uk site? they
seem to be in the process of updating that one too..right
now theres a little flash thing of four different color
squares that disappear and reappear periodically...but
nothing else..

wayout from a plastic bubble on 2002-01-18 03:27 [#00071446]

nevermind...they changed it again..now it has a rotating
purple background with a small blue dot moving back and
forth eratically...

Sorry to be picky, but where's the dodecahedron? What I see
resembles closest a star tetrahedron.

Caserol Joe the Chubby from Minneappleseed on 2002-01-18 03:30 [#00071448]

...which is among my favorites I might add.

Caserol Joe the Chubby from Minneappleseed on 2002-01-18 03:43 [#00071453]

Unless they've recycled, what is up at boardsofcanada.co.uk
is the same thing as was months ago. What you see can be
downloaded as a sweet ass screen saver. I've had it for
months.

wayout from a plastic bubble on 2002-01-18 05:48 [#00071485]

yeah caserol...i remember the thing they have now from a
while ago...but they had something different there last
night

Caserol Joe the Chubby from Minneappleseed on 2002-01-18 06:02 [#00071487]

I'll have to stay tuned more often...
