Jimmy from DE on 2002-01-17 18:04 [#00071298]

I've NEVER heard of that, it wouldve come up by now, its
probably not real.

Jonathan from Belgium on 2002-01-17 18:40 [#00071317]

It's real alright!! It is a 12" RDJ made in collaboration
with ù-ziq,... to stop the nuclear testing on Mururoa. the
record was on 'non-profit' release. The profits were
directly for the help on ending nuclear weapons testing.
that's all I know about it. if sombody know more..;please
let us know :-)

Jimmy from DE on 2002-01-17 19:24 [#00071328]

well if its real, how come NOBODY has mentioned it at all in
the past 6 years??? i think its definitely fake, mike and
rich wouldnt give a shit about charities and all that shit,
well rich wouldnt, at lease

Jimmy from DE on 2002-01-17 19:26 [#00071329]

YEAH, those two would NEVER make any albums for charity, let
alone bombings in mururoa or whatever...liar!!!! not real,
sorry m8

Jimmy from DE on 2002-01-17 19:29 [#00071332]

WWAAAAIIIITTTT, sorry man, just found this:
Mururoa - EP (Stop It/Rephlex) Audio Clip $ 20.00

Glow In The Dark Vinyl!!!!!

Pressed on limited glow-in-the-dark vinyl!!!
Bizarro four track techno thang from the almighty Stop
It/Rephlex label featuring some famous type people whose
names end in 'twin' and 'techre' and 'ciya' to name a
couple. Freaky sinister tracks that defy description except
that they're all quite mental, hard and different. Severey
limited run on clear wax that's glow-in-the-dark!!
So, maybe it is real, but its just a compilation, not a
collaboration, so its not as big a deal, but still cool. not
definitely him though...

Jimmy from Delaware on 2002-01-17 23:06 [#00071388]

wait, where are you getting it from and how much?

mike from oregon on 2002-01-18 03:39 [#00071451]

hello, i have had this record since it came out. it really
glows in the dark. i sold another of them on ebay several
years ago for about 10$. it has one track by cylob, one by
ectomorph, 2 others. none by u-ziq, rdj, drexciya, etc. it
was a protest album. it used to be listed on the rephlex
website (remember when it was a green page with the japanese
robots?) and it credited cylob, ectomorph, and the 2 others
who i can't remember. the only other detail i can remember
is that the 4 artists were all from different parts of the
world--a global protest. bye

Jona from Belgium on 2002-01-18 08:10 [#00071504]

well the vinyl sticker and the cover wount tell us a thing,
that is a fact. I also bought it when it was released and
bought it for about 7$. What I do know is that cylob was one
of them and the outher was RDJ (I'm sure). What I'm not sure
is the µ-ziq part. The artists came from The Hague,
Detroit, London and Rome. That is all I know.
<:D

Jimmy from DE on 2002-01-18 11:36 [#00071545]

well unless anybody can sell it to me for less, i'm gonna
buy it at a website for $20...

\^^/ from Belgium on 2002-01-18 14:59 [#00071642]

Does anyone have more info on this VERY RARE (200X) 12"????
I'm very interested and curious
<:D

grinningcat from london on 2002-01-18 15:04 [#00071648]

if there were only 200 copies, they coudnt have made much
money for the Mururoa cause could they... :-)

and why wudnlt RDJ do anything for charity or any 'shit like
that'. i think he shud. is it him being cheap or selling
out? no, after all he dosent give a shit about his image.
so if he dosnet give a shit bout his image, he shud use it
to make money for poor peoples aight.

\^^/ from Belgium on 2002-01-18 15:46 [#00071670]

RIGHT ON! you tell em

Joyrex from joyrex.com of course! on 2002-01-18 17:04 [#00071722]

The track on Mururoa is not RDJ.

\^^/ from Belgium on 2002-01-18 17:17 [#00071733]
