Ingredients :

1 Melon
3 skinless chicken fillets
a tablespoon of olive oil

Bore a hole in the melon, heat the fillets in the microwave
for no longer than 30 seconds. fill the melon hole length
wise with the warm fillets, liberally sprinkle the oil in
and around the entrance....

problem solved!

And after it's basted you can bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes. Serves 2 incurable romantics!

Does your ex have any of the following (to be attempted in
order of listing)

An available younger sister?
An available older sister?
A mother still alive who would be open for some younger
spanish loving)
An available brother? (if you are willing to experiment)
A family pet that would die upon penetration?

All of the above will probably display similar personality
types to your ex (and the pet may have a few extra tricks
your ex was unwilling to try)

haha, I feel so silly...I meant a pet the wouldn't
die on penetration...unless you are hungry in which case
heat the oven up an you can have love followed by a nice
meal.

As I'm in a pretty similar boat, and have been here before -
How I usually deal with it is to start really focusing on
self-improvement.. Like start exercising loads, yoga,
martial arts, etc... just anything to make me happier,
fitter, more focused..

Detox, eat loads of fruit, read books, buy expensive clothes
and skin care products, etc.. Just take all my old
relationship energy, and focus it on myself.

And, to be honest, in the back of my mind, I guess I always
think either "when I meet her (my ex) again, she'll be
jealous at how much better I've become", or "when I meet her
again, she'll realise how amazing I am and not be able to
resist me", either way... Bit f**ked up, I know!

Hehe

Yeah, I'm getting much more into "things" again at the
moment - Getting into loads of new music (I recommend Seba
very highly at the moment - "So Long" is a good one to start
with - Sort of same vibe as Analogue Bubblebath 1, but with
a real nice floatey breakbeat).

I find myself getting into Rastafarianism too!

mon!

Maybe you should get Reason or something and start making
music???

It's the one thing that holds me together - I take it for
granted too much, but without that kind of outlet I go
crazy!

personally i'd use some pot to get me through the toughest
time...just so i don't think about it...although that
probabls isn't the greatest solution. ahh. the life...

i moved to london with this girl who i lived with for 3
years. the breakup was very hard i went well down. i left
london (she ended up leaving too) and just got really
depressed, i mean really. The only thing that ever helped me
was knowing i was not alone in this situation, even though
it's all relative it seems to be a part of things and a
painfull one most people seem to have to face it at some
point. time seems to be a factor in healing although i
always refused to hear that.

i never wanted to meet someone again and didn't think much
of love, but when i least expected it it hit me again.

I've just been getting really drunk all the time since me
and my gf split. It's not much of a solution but it gives
you something to focus on i suppose.

I haven't been drunk once yet, since our split...

I'm kind of worried it'll all come out and I'll be a wailing
mess, and a complete nightmare in general.

My last big break-up I did drink through though - I think it
made the whole experience much more emotional - It maybe
dragged it all on a little longer than this time.

It's hard to know whether it helps you release pent up
emotion, or whether it just exhadurated everything.
