no, how long do you have this problem? maybe restarting your comp, and run a virusscanner will help?

I think that a more accurate translation would be 'runtime error'.
It's possible that the problem you're having is triggered by certain pages that use Javascript. Try using a different browser to visit the same sites that are causing the problem. If the problem doesn't occur with these then there's a problem with the Java bits in your regular browser.

you choose a browser, for example firefox or opera, find their download pages, download the install file and install that install file.

If you want to continue using Internet Explorer just go to Tools>>Internet Options...
Click on the advanced tab and then under the Browsing section tick the boxes next to "Disable script debugging" and "Display a notification about every script error" or whatever it is called in Spanish (It's the forth and fifth line in the Browsing section).

"Disable script debugging" that has to be ticked or unticked?
"Display a notification about every script error" this one has to be ticked or unticked?

Both ticked...which should stop it from displaying the errors, but IE is a bit crap and I am sure a recent "security update" renders them both a bit useless. At the very least it should cut the number you get down.
