Luke's playing a live Wagon Christ set + Cylob's
billed as playing a live set too. DJs from Brum's House
Of God
techno crew will be there.
It's happening at the Custard Factory, and it's all
part of the Capsule/Supersonic festival. Any
xlt-ers going to be there?

hi matey. i know what you mean bout ceephax but i enjoyed it
all the same as he was so goofey and i was just awake - it
was like eating tomatoe soup with tobasco for breaky.
colourfull, a bit off for the time of day but intersting
none-the-less.

yosepH is a slow burner, but highly recommended.
sorry i make you lush is a lovely LP.

Gwely: because a lot of them live in britain, and
their labels are based here. obviously.
sorry to hear that british columbia is as dull as it sounds.

well.. i went

cylob was alright. met up with some mates i hadnt seen for a
while. stood just outside the doors chatting for ages. kept
an eye & an ear on the place.. didn't hear anything
particularly wagon-christ-y.
went back in toward the end & caught some end-of-the-night
drum'n'bass.

so, one of two things could have happened. either luke
didn't show. or we were so engrossed in conversation that we
failed to notice the screming crowds and beautiful acid-y
music.

a mystery.

i slept on a friends sofa too.

i'm exhausted today.

luke was kul, he looks like a little skinny teddy bear
and his set was good, acidy trancy dancefloor friendly
breaks
but cylob is trying too hard to be kul

saw luke djing in nottingham a month or so ago - which was
wicked. was looking fwd to this set - but as i said - his
set on friday passed me by completely. was it live? or was
he just djing again?
i know what you mean about cylob. he started out ok.. but by
the end i was a bit bored of it. that's when we went
outside. how long was the gap between him & vibert coming
on?

i donno actually
i think it was immediately after cylob, and he was doing
live, which i found more interesting than his djing, coz
when i saw him in coronet in london this winter, it was a
really good trance, but only for dancing, not very thinking
muzik
and his live was really versatile, constantly changing pace
and mood...but ppl liked it, so did i

wish i'd been inside the doors to hear & see it properly.
pity.
i figured there'd be a break between the two.
*sigh*
oh well.. next time
