okay! dat politics: awesome. electro/breaks + lots of vocoder stuff. 3 laptops, one girl singing, one guy freaking out on a sampler and one guy doing god knows what else. excellent. jason forest aka donna summer: absolutely MAD. what a nutcase. this guy was moving so fast i never really could take a good look at him. insane breakcore + cheesy disco melodies = lots of fun. He kept bitching at the soundguy (in a funny way) for not turning up the bass. Then at one point, he stops 'dancing', kills the sound in mid-track, climbs on the platform with all the hardware and says 'guys, guys.. i lost my wedding ring. its gotta be somewhere over there (points to the dancefloor). Please, find my wedding ring, i love my wife so much.' And all this with a dead serious look on his face. He continues, crazier then ever, and knocks some kind of device off the table, notices, and keeps freakin out like nothing happened. so, that was a LOT of fun and i'd have to say, go see dat politics and/or donna summer when you have a chance. Same goes for xploding plastix, telefon tel aviv and CANDIE HANK (another nutter). here's a pic that shows absolutely nothing more than a stage and lots of blurred lights and music makers. dat politics |

well begin with the old albums then listen the newer ones i fell in love with sous hit and plugs plus villiger is cool too but the actual one go pets go is quite a letdown |
