Gang Gang Dance. Seems damn near impossible to get a hold of
in Europe though, plus it's LP only. Maybe you can d/l it...

Jim O'Rourke - Insignificance.

Please listen to this album. This is important.

Steve Reich - Music For 18 Musicians

its from the 70's. Its minimalism. Lots of repeating rythms
and stuff.... but its seriously soooo beautiful.

you'll need to be in the mind set to sit down for 45 mins
(its one track... 45 mins long) and listen to the changing
rythms evolve.

I know many people who listen to electronic music, and love
this piece dearly.

that is my reccomendation to you.

some nice stuff has already come out this year so far i
really enjoyed "kesto" by pan sonic and "choose your own
adventure" by team doyobi.
"venice" is nice (fennesz), a couple of releases on merck
have been quite good (not all ) and i seem to be the only
person to find posthuman quite good. listened to a lot of
scott walker recently. any satie played by pascal roge (i
can't bear most others) . dariusgriffin and zeus mentioned
some nice stuff. i can't remember if you (nacmat) have
"fyuti" by bola....

i've been listening to both cLOUDDEAD albums lately. it can
be kind of hard to get into, but it really helps to have a
good sound system and to have some good weed to smoke.

You haven't got any B12 in your recordbag, rectify that
immediately.

Righty ho. If you have to listen to one insanely good album,
and one alone, get selenography by rachels. If you do not
like it, you should have your ears removed.

gang gang dance is excellent...although im not sure it's
quite nacmat's style...i could be wrong though (anyway, i'll
add this lp to stuff im sending tomorrow).

i'd recommend "delirium cordia" by fantomas. but again, not
sure if nacmat would like it...

so my recommendation would be "tres cosas" by juana molina.

As I said in your post from yesterday.... Blue States - Nothing Changes Under The Sun.

Just read the review at the bottom of the page....and go
listen to the sound clips on allmusic.com. Unbelieveable
downtempo album.

I am very happy for you, you are about to engage on a
musical love affair that will make all earthly relationships
seem one-dimensional and crude. Were it possible for me to
go back in time and be able to listen to this album for the
first time, I would do so. If you like a bit of the "old
school", which I think you do, I just know you won't be
disappointed.

Mertens: You're exactly right, sir.

Excellent purchase there nacmat. The whole album is
flawless, but damn listening to Cymetry and Ephilon!!! Now
that's some damn good driving music...not too mention it's
perfect for the head as well as the dancefloor. I love B12.
