I trying to complete aphex´s discography, but i cant because some afx releases and those from caustic window dont seem to come to spain. i have: drucks,come to daddy, rdj, icbyd, classics, saw II, surfin on sine waves and saw 85-92. but i cant find the analogue bubblebath serie and the caustic window´s. the question is: how to get them? am i missing any incredible tracks? (sure yes) |

am i missing any incredible tracks? tHE ANSWER IS NO. You got everthing you need from Aphex. You can get the amazing MFM album and the Hangable Auto Buld eps on soulseek. But I would say that you got pretty much what you need from Aphex. check some other artists out like Squarepsuher, Amon Tobin, BOC, Autechre etc and get all their stuff. |

Take a look on www.warprecords.com in the Warpmart section... you can pick up the Caustic Window compilation CD from there...which covers most of the CW releases (minus about 2 traxs)... They've also got Analogue BB Vol 3 (which I think is his best ABB, with 14 tracks, practically an album for 6 quid!!!)... ABB4 is still available at some places so have a hunt around for that...ABB5 was never released... You might also wanna check out ont the European Ebays..you can pick up some real bargains there... Hope this helps... |

I think it was a copyright thing with PopCorn (a cover song) and R2D2 (Star Wars samples)... But yeah, it would be nice to have a CD os all CW...maybe there wasn't room to fit em all on... |

well i figured that's why popcorn wasn't on there (i love the original btw - i have it on a compilation cd and i played it on my radio show calling it a forebearer of techno, which it is considering it was made in 1972), and you have a good point about r2d2, but the other 2 i can't think of a reason. i left my CW comp. album at school so i don't know how long it is exactly but i thought it was in the upper 50 minute or 60 minute margin - enough room is left for the 2 'legit' tracks, and probably even all 4. |
