there is some great music to be found on irdial. there are loads of free mp3s on their site, if you have the time please check out some of the other bands listed.

i've been curious about this for some time, heard a few bits and pieces that were mildly interesting but left no lasting impression. the continuous fascination that these recordings inspire leads me to think i should look closer...
the beethoven project reminded me more of plunderphonics, which is pretty awful, i think.
i'll have to check out more of the conet material, thanks for the links...
