the official know-what after i hyperextended my spine on
the bike --->

Spondylosis (spinal osteoarthritis) is a degenerative
disorder that may cause loss of normal spinal structure and
function. Although aging is the primary cause, the location
and rate of degeneration is individual. The degenerative
process may impact the cervical, thoracic, and/or lumbar
regions of the spine affecting the intervertebral discs and
facet joints.

managed to pick it up.
i have a very hi % of calcium in my bones,so the only reason
i got it is hyperextension somehow.

Conservative treatment is successful 75% of the time. Some
patients may think that because their condition is labeled
degenerative they are doomed to end up in a wheel chair some
day. This is seldom the case. Many patients find their pain
and other symptoms can be effectively treated without
surgery

hmm.

yeh, that's what the kyropractic told me...in my case surgery
isn't an option,it would only tie me to a wheelchair.

Apparently if you rub spunk on your anus it alleviates the
pain.

But it must be a doctor or priest's spunk. Disreputable hobo
spunk will aggravate the condition.

That's true, sorry i didn't make that clear, i wouldn't want
you rubbing on any old spunk, willy-nilly.
