ok, when i found this site, i was very excited due to some
of the titles that were apparently available. i placed my
order. because i wasnt in the us, it told me that someone
would contact me by phone/email to confirm shipping stuff. i
had only heard good things about them. 2 weeks passed, i
emailed the only address i could find. he responded
apologizing saying that there was problems with the server
that takes orders and he would dig out my order and get back
to me the next day. he didnt. another week passed. i emailed
again. no response, i phoned a few times, i got a voice mail
box that said it was full everytime. it has allways been
like this when i phoned, i have sent several more email and
never recieved a response. i placed my order almost 2 months
ago. anyone had good/bad experiences with this shop. i hear
its really good and the guy that runs it is very helpfull.
but this is just frustrating.

by the way my order was quiet big, i mean its not like i
only ordered one item. ...not that that should make a
difference. but anyways.

no i dont think its been taken, ill see on my most recent
statement when it comes....i did submit my credit card
information during the order process..... its not like i
dont trust them i just wouldnt want it to screw up and take
my money but not actually make an order

Yet in touch with your card issuer and tell them to refuse
payment to the site because you are having some problems
with them. Then place your order with a company who are a
little more customer friendly.

in my experience with bent crayon,
they are a great shop. but they're not so updated on
the internet stuff. most of the stuff on the site they
don't have in stock. also the best recommendation that i've
heard over and over is to call them to place an order.

just my 2 cents, i've only ever bought from them in person.
