amazon.co.uk customer service phone number

Amazon.co.uk have a customer services number, 0800 2796620
(Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00).
This is very handy if you have a package stuck with the
incompetent ParcelForce. Email feedback is all well and
good, but sometimes a phone call gets you the results you
want.

once a cd I ordered from one of those affiliated secondhand
stores didn't arrive - the store promptly gave my money
back.

I've ordered a lot from both the English and the American
Amazon and have never had real problems.

that said - I once did mail them asking why the
shippingcosts of one of those secondhand stores were
astronomically high, much higher than Amazon's own
shippingcosts - they sent me mail after mail, each one more
standard than the other, completely giving me the idea that
noone was actually reading them. which they probably didn't.

I thought I had it sorrted, they said they'd send me

That wasn't what I wanted to post... I've said that.

What I meant to say was: The time has come, i'll be rringing
them, but what do I do... am I kind (the sympathy rroute)
orr am I mean (the shout theirr arrses into gearr rroute)

i never had any problems with amazon so far, but just lately
it seems like they're having problems... a lot of out of
stock items that shouldn't be (even some that go from "not
yet released" to "out of stock" without passing by the state
"available"!!), and some other delayed...

i hope it will get better again, because i really use it
often (several times a month), more than any other record
store - it would be hard to do without it now...

Anus_Presley > bad luck = (

though it might be the post's fault as well, who knows...
(you've checked your address, right?)

only once, it was delivered to my neighbour instead, it was
the postman who fucked up.
