Hello my music making buddy, do not buy an amp to power your equipment
buy some studio powered monitors for £200 the new yamaha flat response ms3ps are brilliant for a true non-colored sound! check em out on the yamaha web-site! I just bought a pair and now all of the music i make sounds a lot better than it did when i mixed down on my home stereo! also ive been told that they will last me a lifetime!

man, all those amps must add allot of noise [hiss] to your mix.
i go through my mixing desk in my custom monitors. yeah, made em myself in high school.

well it works well - i go straight through the equalizer then, so i can reduce a lot (it´s a good one!) ... i´m still waiting till i can go all computer-production ;-) ...
