Watching a special on ABC about him right now. Great stuff. Always fun to see all the great lines and scenes again. Him putting on the glove in Waterfront... classic. |

Brando was awesome. I'll drink for him tomorrow night. I remember watching The Godfather Part 2 last week and I remember the scene where he's playing with the kid and he dies. Thats kinda creepy, since its the last movie I watched recently. |

watched a bit of last tango tonight...such a beautiful movie my friend paul has a funny brando story paul was working at a community garden volunteer stuff and he took a break to go call a friend in new york on a payphone paul's complaining to his friend about how hot it is and how he doesn't want want to even be there pulling weeds and shit and a cab pulls up and out comes marlon brando brando walks up right behind paul and is just sort of waiting so paul says "hey, i gotta go marlon brando wants to use the payphone" paul's friend didn't believe him until he put marlon on the phone marlon said "hello, this is marlon brando." everyone who lives here has a story like that except me |

The Yahoo! news story about him just keeps getting better. As of late they just added the word "Revolutionary" to the headline. A sad day... his was an eccentricity that fascinated me. He sure had a unique approach to his craft, "method acting" and all. |
