Caserol Joe the Chubby from Minneapolis on 2002-01-14 05:03 [#00069573]

If you are to download a song from that album, get track 1.
They're all named shapes so I can't remember which it is.

how/where dyou get it - quite surprised (if you are out of
nz) for you to get it!!

Re: Recommendations
I just bought Arosa + Asora - Agony part one .. which is far
from agonising - for 15NZ dollars incidentally - newQ!! :)

wayout on 2002-01-14 15:04 [#00069743]

korben...im surprised too...i actually found it at a local
store (in the us) i actually didnt even know what the album
was going to be like...i had only just read a small review
of it in xlr8r...judging from the review, i figured it was
going to be another glitchy autechre-ish artist like proem
or gimmik or something...and it turned out to be pretty
unique...sure theres some similaries..but theres something
different about that album...though im not completely sure
what exactly..

delarosa + asora is great also..i've had agony1 for a while
now and i love it...and i just got the backsome ep which is
quite good as well

wayout on 2002-01-14 15:08 [#00069745]

oh, i also recommend marumari's 'supermogadon' ...i got this
recently as well..and its very nice...has a real
SAW85-92-summer-ish vibe to it

doki from grmny on 2002-01-14 15:11 [#00069746]

some alec empire is always good (especially the collection
92-94) - he gets out a new album soon by the way ...

richie hawtins new mix-album blows me away in the moment, so
if you like villalobos and that stuff it´s fucking good!!

Quadrapelegicrobotikev from mp3.com/quadrapelegicrobotik on 2002-01-14 23:36 [#00069919]

umbriel from quebec...the old on 2002-01-14 23:59 [#00069936]

vladislav delay. hes an electronic artist from finland. hes
the only strickly ambient artist i listen too. he makes this
strange experimental, glitch, dub, i dunno ambient.
definitly interesting. his music is great for creating
textured atmospheres.
