It's so limited, isn't it. When I want to listen to music I
want to opportunity to buy tracks that aren't related, have
mad visuals, have a running commentary on the track by
someone called A.Cunt, have all the back catalogue of the
artist downloaded in the background, have my desktop
wallpaper swapped for something more in keeping with the
music and a massive sonic nob forced into my ear. Which
Winamp, sadly, doesn't provide.

ok, the old winamp was limited to me.. i'm not interested in
commentary by A.Cunt ...but I like to listen to specific
genres or artists ..or if I want to listen to the newest
tracks i've added... i'm drunk, and the new winamp version
is prolly way better, with "comments from cunts" etc ;)

ofcourse, if the only genre you like is idm or whatever,
then all your mp3's would be idm, and no need to have a
program to sort genres.. :p

but my taste change every day... today techno, yesterday
finnish free-folk, tomorrow drone-metal..

Yes, you can download my podcasts for each and every track
ever recorded, where I just say that it's rubbish for the
duration of the tune / song / ditty / whatever.
