its great, just sucks because im not very coordinated with my left hand so its kinda hard to use it real good on my left wrist. but damn, my right wrist feels really nice and loose right now. no shens, this product ROCKS! |

yeah they are fun, i have the techno one, which lights up like a rotating christmas tree. i use it every so often, but as with any kind of exercise, i stopped using it regularly. so i cant tell you if they actually have any effect. |
