cassettes are terrible, especially for something like ae; or is the hissing meant to be an extra layer or something? :-) given, the cassette is probably a collectors item, but i don't really see it being a viable type of media to release such music on. i can understand pop being released on cassette, so 12 year olds with karaoke tape recorders can sing along to it (hooray), but hmm. (besides - i seem to recall draft 7.30 'promo' was released to limited people as a cd GLUED inside of a cd player? or was it a tape glued inside of a walkman? or am i just confused?) |
