it's ok i guess.

just from running it though, visually there's not much
difference from Office v.X - just some newer icons, a couple
of changes here and there.

i think that the only big change is the fact that you can
record notes into documents as a sound file (AAC, MP3, AIFF,
WAV).

I like these threads with their teaser titles and then you
open them and go "ohhh, I see, it isn't very interesting at
all". Still, I am glad you've got Office. That really is,
great news.

Ooh, "supposed" AND quotation marks. Scathing.

I have Office Xp professional and I only use about 1% of
it's features. Word processing and printing. That's about
it. Oh yeah and making the odd web page.

horsefactory

damn MicroShaft. they're charging something like £300 for
this sucker!

Raz0rBlade_uk

i've only got it because I can.

obviously i didn't pay for it.

the only Microshaft products i've purchased are Virtual PC
(and they didn't even create that, they just bought
Connectix out) and Windows NT Workstation 4.0

I can see this thread is going to be as gnarly as that one
about running Explorer on a Mac.

Why don't you make a thread dog_belch, with your obvious
skills in the assessment of thread quality it will most
probably be the best thing ever. It will become so popular
that it will occupy an area of the internet the size of
Doncaster. Go!

Doncaster?

surely not that small?

you're thinking too locally, you have to think
GLOOOOOOOOBAAAALLLLLLLLLYY!

No, my role is to snip and criticise from the sidelines,
whislt never risking my neck making my own threads. I only
ever made 3, and one was closed. I was burnt, and now I can
never really love again.
