My first job was with the local ambulance depot, an
AMAZINGLY boring job stocking the drugs that were stored on
the ambulances. 8 hour days, and we usually only had to
stock 2 per day... and it took an hour each. So that
resulted in way too much downtime. The people I was working
with were insufferable bores, which made all that downtime
insufferable. The mechanic there had about 4 mixtapes that
he rotated through the week, and every one of them had 5
different versions of Hotel California.

Second job (laid off just a couple months ago) was at a call
center doing computer tech support, and I think that was an
overall decent experience. I will NEVER enjoy any job, but
as far as college student work goes, that one was pretty
enjoyable and educational.

Mine was sittin in a laboratory which produced artificial
crystalline lens for cataract surgery, I was supposed to sit
there the whole day and the following night, helping to pack
ordered lenses during the day, and to watch some of
24h-operating devices not to stop... It was low-paid, and
uncofortable job. And for some time I even had to live
there, talking on XLT at night:) I'm glad I've found a
better job!

they didn't pay double. they payed a known sum for one
working day+night, so that the final monthly salary depended
on the quantity of such workers. I'm shy to write the sum I
worked for :) I escaped that job as soon as I could!

my god,
my first job was a YTS as a trainee mechanic whereupon they
made me work on the petrol pumps filling cars for the grand
sum of 29 pounds 50 pence a week for 40 hours, BUT, for 4
months i filled cars regularly and pocketed the money,
200quid a day 400 on a friday for the weekend. taking the
lads to the arcade, buying big blobs of rocky and generally
having a buzz, wish i'd have used some of the money wisely
but fuck it you know, i was young and havin a buzz so...

i got sacked for bad time keeping, they had people in
checking the underground tanks thinkin they had a leak,
little did they know. great times

My first job was pimping back in 84...before a lot of your
mums had been inseminated with your dads love or rape
juice.

Anyway it was kinda fly...like I was out in the Rolls
checking that my ho's was doing they jobs and not ripping me
off. This one fool tried to get out of paying and I was
like "fuck that" and I took that motherfuckers car and made
him walk home. In the morning after 18 hours straight
pimping I took my bitches to a posh café for breakfast and
gave them their 10% cuts of their earnings. I was 7.
