I don't know how much pirating-based discussion is allowed here, but the general problem is I downloaded some software which comes as .bin and .cue files. I understand this is something to do with separating files when the app is saved off the CD, but I don't know what I should do because I can't get anything to open. Will they work if I burn them onto a CD together?
Interestingly, a really cool noise track plays if I open the cue file in VLC Media Player.
Anyway, any form of help would be shockingly nice.

The .bin is the entire disc ripped to an image.. the .cue is a little file with information about how to burn the bin, like the data mode of the disc and stuff. I dunno which programmes can do this on mac, though.

.bin is just a type of archive, the .dmg is a cd image

You need the latest version of Toast Titanium (6.0.5).
That will combine the bin and cue files, and burn it to a CD/DVD for you
