it was really live, no notebook at all ... he used a roland
sh-101, 2 akai mpc's (1000 and 3000, not sure about he 3000)


it was amazing, the crowd danced like demons, some very
never-before-heared beats, fantastic ... i wish i had
bootlegged this night ..

Why does the presence of a laptop mean it isn't live? If he
were sequencing outboard gear using a computer would that be
'live', whereas using a laptop to run ableton would not?
