I have a very worn out and overwatched video tape of this concert that we recorded while I still lived in Essex, but I don't know the titles of the songs that were played at this concert.
Does anyone know of all the tracks that were played, and if possible could you post them up here in the order they were played at the concert?
It was the concert where he set up a massive metal frame pyramid, and performed inside this frame.
he also got massive projections shot up on nearby buildings and such.
If anyone can give me this info i'd be eternally grateful :)

sorry, i must have worded it wrong *doh*
i meant that we taped it from the TV while I lived in Essex, but i'm pretty sure that the concert took place in Paris, and it was either 1989, 1990, or 1991
actually come to think of it, I don't think it could have been 1991 because we moved up to Widnes at the latter end of 1990.

I think I sw it broadcast on TV , i remember seeing the harp and the pyramid anyway, plus loads of lazers and fireworks as usual ;)
You might find this page useful Concerts
If you can pinpoint the show then maybe you can do a search on the name of it and find a tracklisting. Good luck.

yeah, there was lasers, and the harp, and fireworks
he also had these guys that were controlling these huge "puppets"
at the end of the concert (the broadcasted one anyways) there was a very jamaican sounding track, with a steel drum "orchestra" and huge jamaican style puppets, all multicoloured and everything :)
thanks, i'm just checking that page now

by the way that Jamaican song you talk of is probably one of the calypso tracks.

well I have a folder called 'Images' with the following tracks in it. Both of the tracks Calypso and Zoolookologie are featured, but none of these tracks are live (doesn't mean to say he didn't use these for the concert though).
Do any sound familiar?

Concert sequence: (From a "Witness" [John Voesten])
Very long atmospheric intro with the wind noise from Oxygene
IVOxygene IV - More "punchy" than the original.
Oxygene IV Equinoxe IV Equinoxe V Souvenirs de Chine (New version.) Magnetic Fields 2 (Long, "experimental" sounding intro new
middle part, ending is like the version on Concerts in
China.) Ethnicolor (Plenty new samples used here, not complete but it
merges into....) Zoolookologie (Ethnicolor flows over in this piece.)
Revolutions (Brand new version, Live singer & new middle part)
Second Rendez-vous I (Starts with intro of First Rendezvous)
Second Rendez-vous II Second Rendez-vous III (Laserharp) Second Rendez-vous IV Calypso part 2 (Starts with underwater sounds of Calypso 1.
Jarre tried to use the LaserHarp(TM) for the main
melody... The MIDI-system didn't work.) Calypso part 3 (Woman sings along with this piece.)
Calypso (Precisely like the studio version) Fourth Rendezvous Calypso Remix (The remix from the CD-single. The steel drums
were 'a bit' live...)
