.. epohs predicted it in my other hd - related thread, and today it happened (again), my harddrive crashed..
so im sure anyone here knows some good programs to .. well keep your drive in good shape. i think ive heared of it before.

Disk Doctor from Symantec's Systemworks is good, like I mentioned to you earlier today Jeroen, but really all that that can do it mark out bad blocks and avoid from saving data on them. Personally I'd agree with Earthleakage, replace it as soon as you can.
Is is making strange noises? Clunking noises from a harddrive is a sure sign that it is fucked! :(
