I bought this on DVD recently, after having bought it on VHS years ago and seeing it... has anyone else seen it? It's from 1975 I think, and features Mrs Mangle from 'Neighbours'. Anyway, for fans of films like Walkabout (fantastic film with great music by John Barry), I think you'd like this film. |

Get the fuck outta here. You've NEVER seen Walkabout?? Holy shit! Download the soundtrack on SLSK, it's excellent (if a little short - 35 minutes or something). It's haunting. And, of course, rent or buy the film! It's frickin' marvellous! |

"Picnic" is great.Totally haunting,the scene where the girl is trying to say to her friends "No,please don't go up there!" really freaks me out. |

Walkabout makes me feel empty. Not in a 'nice' way as such, but it's not totally negative. I like the film. |
