Here is my proposal. Generate, randomly, a number for every person in the world. Then, group the numbers, and assign number groups to locations. Relocate everyone to the new location. There would be no majority, or minority. Whats the worst that could happen? *cough* |

I bet u that statistically speaking, a small number of folks would end up being assigned their current location. So while the rest of the world goes into a sort of weird confused mass culture shock, these stay-putters would find themselves left out in the cold, unexcited and bewildered by their bad luck. |
