Yeah click herre

Eli the Indie Rockette - Something with some vocal
mashup, it changes really quickly, be patient.

Modern Day Monk Acid - My attempt at glitch hop.
Slower than usual, bit less melodic. The bassline is
groovy.

Anxiety Attack - Proud of this one. Calmer than usual
stuff, the loops took me forever.

modern day monk acid

I likes. Could possibly had done with a bit of
variation..or maybe drop the beat for a bit in the middle.
But all in all very good.

eli the indie rockette

Your music often has a poppy sort of feel to it...as though
it could be used as closing music for computer games. It is
quite nice. This track falls firmly into this genre. Then
the drill starts and again the bet programming is top notch
:D

anxiety attack

I love the playfulness in your tracks. Excellent use of
drum rolls. Like it a lot.

It's funny, with your tracks sometimes when I am in the mood
for them I really fucking love them, other times they don't
have any effect on me. But all of these are cool.

thanks! i always appreciate your thorough critique. i was
actually trying to think of where to take "Modern Day Monk
Acid" next, but it seems a few like it. I'll take your
advice, and probably screw with the melody a bit more. (the
high end)

Modern Day Monk Acid: really like the bass that comes
in at 0:07 for 2 seconds... sounds like someone bouncing
along :D
the ending was a nice idea. hmm, not sure if i enjoyed the
whole track tho.

Eli the Rockette: gets my attention straight away,
and keeps it, because the main vocal cut up/melody is quite
memorable and a good hook.
lol, the explosion at 2:20! heh... nice clicky drums :) the
'vocals' get a bit lost though. quite enjoyed that one.

ok, as you said you're proud of it I'll download Anxiety
Attack...

any advice?

Anxiety Attack: like this beginning, nice and
relaxed. heh, bouncy drums! This definately has a computer
game feel, like lee said!
nice when it just the simple drums and the 'vocals' at 1:20.
a nice break down after the complexity-crescendo (ooo) that
it follows :)

a key change (nothing cheesey) or new vocal cut up would be
nice. But it is already a v.nice track.

muck around with the beat. Listen to a few really good
hip-hop tracks, see what they do with the beats - not
development wise, but syncopation and the like. Then try to
build these variations into your beat :)

dropping out in a section always adds interest... gives a
completely different texture.

cheers.

Modern Day Monk Acid - Amazing, the dark synth in the
background guides the whole thing back and forth and i love
every second of it. the drum programing is top notch. the
sound that comes and stay in at 1.08 really gives it the
Oddioblender signature.

ill listen to the others now but i feel this post is good
enough.

keep it up but pace yourself a bit. you seem to have new
songs every week.

OK here goes,

Eli the Indie Rockette

This is an interesting track here. The vocals fit in quite
nicely with the overall tune. There's a tiny bit of fizzing
on the vocals at 1:58 which may need some fixing, but that's
just me being very picky. Overall quite enjoyable but not
your best work that I have seen. I'm not saying that this is
bad at all because it isn't, it's good, but compared to your
other stuff it's not as good. Some tips would be to
add in some strong leads to bring it all together, then
variate the Envelope going towards mixing it in with the
vocals. If that makes any sense! Pretty cool track bar my
comments.

Modern Day Monk Acid

I like this one. It has some good snare drillage and then
some nice slow paced cool beats. I notice that you have also
created quite a technical feel, maybe verging industrial.
I'm guessing the Monk part is the soft humming in the
background? I do agree with ecnadniarb that it might need a
tiny bit more variation to finish it off.
I found this enjoyable listening that I will probably play
it over. Good job on this one.

Anxiety Attack

You like your vocals! Ahh what a nice happy track! This
makes me feel all happy inside. Quite jumpy but this works
for this track. You definetely follow a style that you stick
to, which is a good thing, because it means I can tell you
appart from other artists work. Coming back to the track.
Particularily awsome machine work, which makes for a
professional edge on the electronic sword.

Overall

As I said before you have followed your style through and
through, which is very satisfying to hear. I can imagine
that you will develop a lot over the next couple of years,
seeing as you have already developed from previous tracks,
which has only been a matter of months. The selection of
tracks here are of a high standard and I will share these
around with my m8s and see what they think.
