I've actually done it once with just the Factory
Soundbank.. but without new sounds with the Orkester CD and
stuff it was just like the old Reason. So I tried messing
around, wasting hours downloading ISO files only for them
not to work.

So I thought, maybe the thing knows I'm up to something. I
decide to download the actual Orkester.rfl file from the
very generous Mr. G.I. Ginger. And so I burnt it straight to
a disc, only for Reason to not read the fucking thing, still
asking for the Orkester CD. Fuck.

What can I try? New image burning software?

And don't say buy it because I can't afford it.

you need to get decent disc images - there's a lot of bad
ones floating about online.

you also need to make sure you've got disc images for the
right version of Reason too.

There is an Orkester disc for version 2.0, and an Orkester
disc for version 2.5 - they might be identified differently
if you use the wrong disc with the wrong version:

ie. trying a 2.5 Orkester disc with Reason 2.0
