...feel like wanting to sleep but when you are going to bed
all these thoughts take over in your head? My depression is
probably getting the best of me.

I often go to bed and can't sleep until I crack one off.

really unfit?

yes. i know exactly what you mean.
like the body is exhausted, but you mind is still racing
away, trying to keep itself entertained, or something..
it's really terrible..
it seems to only happen to me when i've got to get up early
to do something the next morning.. i just watch the clock
tick down as i think tired, meaningless thought after tired,
meaning thought..
damn,,

Yeah cracking one off like:

I have started noticing sounds that I was not paying
attention to. Things are starting to be amplified, but
worst thing is when they sound like words.

It usually sounds like some monkeys trying to imitate human
speech. There are a lot of nasal sounds and sounds that are
not used in regular speech but that can be produced by
humans.

Have you seen that there are two waring bermuda triangle
sites. They spend time making snide remarks at each other.

are you just making some kind of strange joke, or are are
you saying that you actually "hear" weird sounds that aren't
actually real?
not trying to sound insulting or anything.. ..'cause
sometimes i'll hear very slight weird, "unreal" stuff too..
then i'll just chock it up to being my imagination...

Are you actually hearing that stuff or are they games your
mind is playing by distorting outside sounds? Because if its
the former this could be an early stage of schizophrenia.

I hear sounds all the time when I am falling to sleep. An
active imagination is all it is.
