Whats that noise in the trees?

Any of you out there on the east coast expierence
this?...Those bugs looks very nasty and kinda big.

i don't know if those exact ones are located in my state..
but i've always noticed something very similar..
huge fuckin' beetles that sit up in trees and make a
slightly-horrendous circular/buzz-saw type of noise..

yeah.. natural.. that's a good way to describe it..
like the sounds seems to ebb and flow.. fading in an out..
maybe cause i usually hear a whole lot of them, all calling
at the same time from afar..
