I think one time someone estimated the chances of someone on
xlt being sued. It was very slim. Like lottery jackpot

i use winmx to dl music... so far i have not heard of the
RIAA attacking this software

BT sued soulseek records because his lawyer confused the
label with the program what an idiot


Also i used to run a napster server a few years back before
all the riaa stuff blew up and alot of people who ran them
with me got sued not me though.
