How unhealthy is just eating rice and fish everyday?
I plan on devouring about 2 cups ov rice a day, plus two or
three fish...shall i gain/lost weight? get sick a lot? what

You will most likely lose weight. Sounds like a normal Asian
diet. I wish i could eat seafood everyday.

you will not lose weight unless you eat less calories than
you burn...
so the amount of fish and rice should be taken into account,
also how you cook them is important (fried fish/rice, and
tuna in oil will have more fat and calories than raw sushi
par exemple)

also it is not healthy to restrict your diet to such a small
amount of food groups, you will not get all the nutrients
you need because no one (or two!) food groups provide all
you need

people who live on rice in the world usually can't afford to
eat anything else, and would be better off if they COULD
live on more than fish and rice

THANK YOU.

should be ok.

and veges and dairy products (or some replacement eg. soy
milk)

and grains and beans...

ie... if you have a few more food groups you should be
fine...

i mean.. vegans etc..and people who eat really restrictive
diets (in terms of food types) have to be very careful to
include all the nutrients they would otherwise be missing
out on...

so do you):
