Ovuca plays live beautiful, mellow, warm and natural...electronic music to
calm all evil...
dj Cylob takes to the decks as the raver kneels before him and cries,
"Lord we beseech thee, cut the midrange drop the bass!". expect many dance
floor epiphanies...
dj dmx crew mix electro, pop and experimental sounds.
hot on the heels of his highly acclaimed new album "Drukqs" dj richard d
james (aka aphex twin) the daddy of all things electronic takes to the decks
with his unique mix of hardcore jungle, gentle chiming strings, and assualts
of dark and hectic drum and bass and killer beats. be warned...
dj leila makes a special and one-off dj appearance.Described by dj Gilles
Peterson as 'the best of what Britain has to offer in the cutting edge of
music', composer/producer Leila has collaborated with Bjork, featured on
Plaid 's Not For Threes debut, and remixed the likes of Acacia under the
Gramatix alter-ego. tonight she plays a set that could consist of electro,
hardcore, folk, R'n'B, soul, pop, funk and blues so almost anything
really...
dj Luke Vibert (aka Wagon Christ) plays his unique mix of bubblegum nonsense
and woozy off-centre strangeness; taking in acid re-works, panting and
rapping as well as the crispest, most swinging beats.
dj global goon takes to the decks after hiding away for so so long we have
forgotten what they will play... but it will be good.
the north and south minstrels bring braindance to the bar with their 6 hour
long set... braindance is... incredible! braindance is...boundless;
eclectic; entertaining; rephreshing; fulfilling; wholehearted;
sensual;stimulating; bold; unconventional; real; imaginary; visionary;
essential; debonair...braindance is unique!
