Nice! I had the same idea a couple of months back (i was going to bike down to the local pool and do some swimming once or twice a week) but lack of funds is keeping my flab firmly attached for now. |

Hehe, I don't think i'd make it there alive if i ran. It's like 3 miles. The furthest i've ever run in my life was just over a mile, and i puked my guts up and nearly passed out. I'm not exactly the sporty type. Used to swim 4 times a week though, went in for a couple of competitions, i'll probably get back to swimming at some point. |

i used to swimm all the time when i was a kid...i don't like it anymore now...hmm, but it's definitely a great sport to keep you fit. |
