try exporting the flp to .wav format. simple as that. no way that I know of to go from wav to flp though |

Heh... what you could do is just load the wav file into a channel. If its a full song, you could make it so it is the only sample sequenced, and whenever a friend comes over you could show them the 'new song that you sequenced in fruityloops'. |
