there are lots of different ways to do that. Not necessearaly through an IQ-test, but that's one way to measure one kind of 'smartness', I think. Empathy is also a form of intelligence, and creativity, and so on. It's hard to fake smartness so usually you find out by just being around a person what qualities he/she has. |

But I may not even mention it, unless I feel like it's necesseary. And e.g. if a friend of yours became anorectic wouldn't you care? It's the same thing I think. If you have friends you should care if they become increasingly unhealthy. |
