okay, so i know comming here to talk about a drug is quite lame, but here i am nonetheless. last night i tried Salvia for the first time and i must say, this drug is amazing, don't do it alot though. the trip only lasted for about 20 minutes, but within those 20 minutes.... we smoked the 10x Salvia out of a pipe. i took one hit. held it in for as long as possible and immediately upon releasing, it hit me back. i was outside my friends house in minneapolis and the entire world, all the laws of gravity, everything, was completely dissolved and destroyed within the context of my extremely tripped out head. cars, people, the moon, flipped upside down and i was floating and falling. i stumbled up the stairs into his front door and the only thing i remember thinking was, "oh my god! oh my god! this is fucked up!" - i was insane and i loved it. i walked a few good steps into the room, noticed a couch sitting in the center, and before i knew what happen my body was instantly gravitated to the couch; i lost the feeling of pressure on my feet, i felt pressure on one side of my body (as if i was laying down), and my eyes seemed to be glued to a lamp light. i was standing up just walking into the couch, spinning around - out of my fucking mind. instead of seeing the ground as the ground i saw the back end of the couch as the ground and i was trying to balance myself upon the back end of the couch. i felt like the entire world was upside down and nobody new it. meanwhile, i could hear the voices of my friends in the background, laughing yelling at me, reminding me that planet earth is the center of our lives and i should admire her beauty and notice the world from that typical standing up looking into the horizon type of view. the couch, that damned couch called me, and the light from a lamp was the sun, and my eyes were fixed upon the sun, my body glued to the couch. it took amazing effort to look up and balance myself "properly." i saw my friends laughing, books balanced on book shelves, the couch sti |

the couch still wanted me but i had to avoid her beauty. "sit down man, take a chair" said one friend "how do i sit down?" said i they burst out laughing but i was dead fucking serious. i learned over time how to sit down again and then everything started slowing down, everything was back to almost normal. i was still flipping out a little bit, but nothing like what i just experienced. unfuckingbelievableity wlkasdlfkjlasdjf. |

Cool. I have a bag of the leaf but havent really had an opportunity to try it yet. I was sceptical as it is unenhanced ect, but I'm more positive now... I took a couple of hits last night to test it and felt very odd for a minute or two... kinda drunk-like. I look forward to taking more hits and seeing if I can get anywhere near your experience. |

Shit that sounds scary , i wouldn't be able to enjoy such an experience. One time i got extremely high on hashish and the whole world started spinning , i couldn't walk and i didn't enjoy it one bit. It freaked me out. I guess tripping like that is only for certain type of people kinda like how some people don't enjoy rollercosters or flying in airplaines. I stick to beer. |

aye sido, i did freak out. i had to reevaluate the beauty of the situation. now, i miss that perspective of the world, the loss of gravity, i miss it, i don't want to smoke salvia again, i will stick to beer as well mate, but it was an experience, that's all. |

Hmm halucinogens are strange. I've never tripped before but they sound so powerful. I read an story yesterday, some guy who took acid halucinated for 2 weeks solid before attempting suicide, and finally being sectioned. Turns out it triggered schizophrenia in him; hence the long trip. Bloody strange stuff. |

Tripping out on weed can be horrible! If you overdo it you can feel really sick - Not to be confused with tripping on psychedelics - Usually, even when you're pretty sketchy, you still get this real charged positive feeling. Weed's easier to fight, and that can be a bad thing - When you're warped on psychedelics the concerns of everyday life aren't really relevant on the whole. |

Did you use the extract? It comes in plain leaf (which is what I have... meh) and lots of multiplied potencies (5x, 10x, 15x). |

one part i may add... it felt like i had fallen over, like i was lying on my side. however, my friends told me i was just standing up walking around, unresponsive mostly to what they were saying. i couldn't move my eyes either. also, i completely forgot where i was. the last thing i could remember was stumbling up the stairs, after that, i didn't have the slightest idea. i thought i was stuck in between the doorway, but it turns out i was well inside, just bumping into that couch.... |

Could be, but I wouldn't know. It's just a little walking thing that I animated. As for salvia, I've never gotten it to work - I've only ever had the leaf, which you have to smoke a lot of to get it to work, and I really dislike smoke... chewing it does nothing at all - maybe it would if it was fresh and not dried. |

Hold the light over the bowl when you inhale. Apparently it has to burn at a much higher temp to work... of course this means nasty burning smoke. 1 solution is use water pipe, I made one out of a coke bottle the other day and it is so much easier than a pipe. |

i read it. i for one will be staying off the salvia for awhile. i read somewhere that for some unknown reason it seems to effect certain people more then others. i believe, for obvious reasons, that i may be one of those certain people. Salvia Divinorum. do you guys know that this weed has no seed and do not reproduce? there are only clones. so it means that people plant those clones the very day of this world... I tried salvia a long time ago. a x20 hit in a bong. This day, the world changed once and for all. i had the feeling that a thin film of plastic was all around my whole skin. i saw little ghost floating to me and disapear behind my head. I had a fucking full 150° field of view and my eyes were fucking Imax cameras and i could see all the details of all thing in the room at the same time. and all the thing in the room, were meltin with the ground. the ground was up and the ceiling was the floor. it lasted 50 secondes. a world can change in this very short time. |

i wouldn't say you can "trip" from marijuana, but many consider it to be a mild hallucinogen. most people don't feel any hallucinogenic-type effects because they've been smoking for so long and never really "overdid it".. i know the first time i smoked it, it seemed like i was going crazy.. like the walls were moving around me slightly, and i was watching my friend play guitar and there appeared to be strange green blotches flickering on his face occasionally.. i've never really experienced anything of the sort again, until i tried some mushrooms, but i've come to the conclusion that marijuana can have a similar effect if the bud is extremely potent, and the person hasn't smoked before (or just not for a long time).. ..the other day i tried some extremely potent schtuff, after not smoking any for a several weeks, and after not sleeping for a few days, and it felt like schizophrenia was taking hold.. or somethin' |

Unrelated, but: If you try eating a few grams of high grade skunk, resin oil or pollen cooked properly, you will trip harder than most blotter acid. Different though. One time five of my friends did that on a pizza - About a 1/4 of decent skunk between them... Three of them have never touched drugs since - Had voices in their heads, pretty much a day of real psychosis. I smoked some skunk once that was so much stronger than anything I'd ever had or sold before that it ranks among the most fucked up drug experiences I'd ever had - And totally changed the way I thought about weed - It was a JackH/Widow hybrid that was on its 20th generation - Crossbred by this guy who used to lecture biochemistry or something. Completely chemical free - Not laced with anything - They were real hippy/vegan types - It was completely white with crystalized THC - Looked like some kind of fucked up breakfast cerial. We had a single bong hit each and the next few hours were a complete head fuck blur - None of us talked atall, there was lots of paranoia that you were the only one completely fucked, hardly able to hold it together - Everything went skewed and time was completely messed up. Sativas' are generally much more trippy than indica strains - And if you breed them strong enough there is no limit to how much of a headfuck it can be... Just don't expect that kind of skunk to be available down your local drug dealers' - It takes a lot more time and attention to grow, dry and cure - And select the best 2 out of 50 plants - The only times I've been offered that kind of stuff to buy it's been real G13 prices - Like £1,500+ for an ounce - Naturally I've always declined! Not much of a market for £100/gram weed in this country! |

maybe it's pointless, but "DMT" and "5MeO DMT" are two different (though obviously related) substances, and each produces a unique experience. my advice is to clarify your motives before you act, and be prepared to accept the consequences of your choices. |

I still don't know if i like salvia, but it's an interesting trip. The 15x is strong enough for me, i feel like the world is completely "cut up" into sections all moving towards each other, flowing and changing. I always get the feeling that a bead of sweat is trickling down my leg for some reason, then it kicks in. The first time i smoked it i asked my girlfriend "how many of you really exist?" I lay down on the bed and it turned into a boat and floated into the air. Crazy stuff. |
