This isn't the righteousness of an army, it's the
righteousness of a few dickheads.

I don't SUPPORT this whole thing, but a few pictures of war
prisoners being shamed isn't the ''straw that breaks the
camel's back'', for me... duh, of course this shit is
happening. Napolean teabagged a dude once or twice, I bet.

Two straight posts involving teabagging... score!

must admit I was fucking pissed off the brits got caught
doing the same, not to mention how wrong it is

does any of this really surprise you though? end of the day
its a war and not everyone is going to act like a
'gentleman' or whatever

its this whole fucking cnn 'precision' bombing view of late
that lull's everyone into thinking that only bad people are
targeted and that those people getting blown up by missiles
are just 'bad' people loving working for saddam

Yeah probably, and more bizarre things than that, like two
million Jews being exterminated...why don't we just blame
humanity.

I mean, guards abusing prisoners? No way! I could never
imagine this happening.

Thanks for the thread Jonesy...

The problem with the media reporting is that they don't show
the consequences of bombing, like a Hollywood film like Bad
Boys, Dirty Harry (insert example here)or something similar.
Its easy to become desensitized to the violence seen and I
am not surpised if people are initially amazed at the goings
on. In a violent film myself I like to see the consequences
like Saving Private Ryan.

This case was diabolical human degradation and from what I
keep seeing on the news in Fallehjuh (sic) some pretty bad
behaviour on the part of the American soliders. Further to
that the progoganda surrounding the British soldiers version
of events, did they, didn't they adds to the media bullshit.

Too right B3n

You are not likely to see pictures of small children with
their heads and limbs blown as a result of precision
bombing, the human rights violations are not that isolated
as some people may think.

I read somewhere that CIA were involved in the
intergogations at the prison so go figure and claims that
from the soliders involved that they were following their
orders.
