el-p is a good producer but his flow is 6 kinds of wack

Kanye's first song was good but I'm kind of sick of his
rapping style already. Mumble slow rappers don't do it for
me.

That album is fuckin sick...a few tracks are forgettable,
but his tunes are soulful and real, and his flow is nasty.

I only played this properly yesterday but its awsome. West
has made a hip hop/r n' b album with great hooks and pop
senibilties that may turn some off. Anyone who gets sniffy
at accessible hip hop is just being narrow-minded.

Kanye has been a good producer for years.. he repeats
himself quite a bit, but who doesn't, eh? 's a shame he's
signed to "the rok," 'cause I KNOW we'd be getting more new
and inspired shit from him if Jigga didn't tell him what to
do all the time!

Who has he produced? I know he did some stuff on the last
Kweli album.

I think its all overhyped. Anything that madlib touches
(for instance) is light years beyond this dudes hipPOP.

So you only listen to Madlib? Why do you have to compare one
to the other? Can't you just judge something on its own
terms?
