i read somewhere that rich has sold loads of unrelaesed
stuff for adverts. I was watching a one to one ad the other
day and it sounds very aphex (sort of icbyd) with human
whisttling over the top. Has anyone else seen this ad? It
has kids sitting either side of a fence in a garden and im
sure its aphex...

No way that is Aphex, is far too commercial

Richard seems to lazy and difficult for me to imagine he
would really whore himself out, and give them what they
want. He wont even put out a single for Drukqs! With the
Virgin Airlines deal, he didnt even try to give them what
they wanted, he was an asshole and made a track of
industrial ambient noise. Plus there is no evidence that he
actually wrote a track for videogames, that is just a
misinterpreted rumour about the video game inspired Melodies
from mars. You know, people can imitate and ripoff AFX
anyway.

And now Richard says he is gonna run his own personal label,
because he hates the business side of it... what kind of
sense does that make. When he need money for drugs and
alcohol and child support, he will seel stuff.

he says in interviews that he has no problem with people
using his music in advertisments, he claims he doesnt really
care what happens to his music once its released..plus he
makes a lot of money from those ads, which is good for
him...i think warp handles(ed) most of the liscensing
anyways
