Fav SAWII tracks

The_Funkmaster from Newfoundland, Canada on 2001-12-29 21:32 [#00064853]

what are yours? Right now the ones I like are tracks 1,3,8,
and 9 from disc one, and tracks 1-5 and track 8 from disc
2...

Ophecks from Nova Scotia on 2001-12-29 22:53 [#00064882]

RHUBARB!!! Holy fucking hell, it's the best track I've ever
heard, maybe.

Stone In Focus, Rhubarb, first two tracks off disk 2

sgorhud from your rectum hole on 2001-12-30 10:32 [#00064973]

stone in focus + hankie. i suppose it's just as well i have
SAWII triple brown :>

jingle on 2001-12-30 12:39 [#00064980]

why does everyone use the stupid names for the tracks like
"hankie" or "cliffs"? there is a reason they weren't given
names in the first place...

Ophecks from Nova Scotia on 2001-12-30 16:41 [#00064993]

Because it's easy and convenient to give them names like
that! I hate calling them ''track #whatever''.

nene on 2001-12-30 20:14 [#00065041]

I'm too lazy to learn those damn track names. I like to
listen to sawii with my eyes closed anyway. sometimes it
makes me feel detached from my body. I can't say that about
any other albums.

Big up jingle 8o)

Chrispy from UK on 2001-12-31 08:51 [#00065122]

Disc II Track 2/Parallel Stripes.
Take your pick.

LeMoN on 2001-12-31 08:57 [#00065124]

Parallel Stripes is probably my favorite as well, I have a
collection of my favorite ambient tunes to relax to, it
includes parallel stripes, cliffs, rhubarb, blue calx, stone
in focus, and the final track of the autechre ep garbage,
which is probably better then any of the aphexs sawii tracks
imo.

Chrispy from UK on 2001-12-31 10:36 [#00065134]

Hey LeMoN! Haven't seen you round for a bit, or is it just
me?. hmm.

Chrispy from UK on 2001-12-31 10:37 [#00065135]

prolly just me then.

ken from ken on 2001-12-31 12:20 [#00065145]

track 3 & blue calx-fucking lush

oh and the one where he samples two ballons being rubbed
together.

LeMoN on 2001-12-31 18:08 [#00065190]

No, I left this MB for quite awhile, it got a tad
overcrowded for my taste, luckily things seem to have
simmered down alittle, so i decided to start posting again.

Ophecks from Nova Scotia on 2001-12-31 18:19 [#00065191]

Rhubarb is like the saddest song ever imo... it's just like
a weight is put on shoulders whenever it comes on... but I
do love it, it such an intense emotional experience!!!
