hmmm... is the pic over the size limit? (not just dimensions
but filesize?)

did you try refreshing your page?

did you try logging out and logging back in again after
doing this?

Did you try contacting the crew?

try renaming it to .jpg or .JPG, whichever it isn't.

sounds silly, but it sometimes helps.
