Intelligent MIDI Sequencing with Hamster Control
This was a brilliant idea, showing intelligence and amazing creativity. I can't believe the music turned out as good as it did. This should definitely spark a little creativity in everyone. I look forward to seeing if anyone can create something similar, or what other ideas that might be influenced by this.

Insted of being shallow and closed-minded about the idea by focusing on just the hamster aspect. Maybe you should try looking at the creative aspect, like it should be. Personally, I would like to see it done in more of a sinister fashion myself. For example, if these ideas are even possible, spiders spinning webs and then attacking shit you throw in them. Or maybe snakes striking at things, or killing and eating mice. Maybe use rabbits fucking. Cause you know that rapid fire action would produce some crazy sounds. Hell, maybe you could even do it by recording a girl giving you a blow job, or just you two fucking. These were just a few simple ideas that popped into my head. I don't really know if any of this could even work, but it makes you think. I'm sure there's lots a crazy shit you could come up with if you really thought about it.

the idea of sounds (that haven't been modified beyond recognition) that happen in real life in music aside from musical instruments, isn't an idea i like. if the sound is recognizable there is an immediate association with the sound and it really takes away from the music. like when people use the sound of people walking as a rythmic aspect. i don't like that.
i know the hamster thing didn't have anything to do with this, but fap do oooeididgdiagiaeigiadgisdg started talking about things like this. the hamster thing looked interesting, albeit a tad fake.

Thanks for bringing that shit back up, virginpusher. I feel honored that there were actually 81 posts of bullshit all directed towards me. I didn't realize I could actually incite that much envy from people, especially losers I don't even know. Goddamn it must suck having such a fucking miserable, pathetic life that you spend your time on a messageboard talking shit about someone you don't even know. I want to see it reach at least 100 posts, and then I'll be satisfied.

The spiders and stuff sounds really interesting, it'd be amazing to hear a clear pattern or rhythm in all of that stuff, and especially novel to hear beats/melodies out of it.
Frankly, FDO, for me the idea of hearing a spider attacking something amplified is absolutley terrifying. Christ, gets me nervous just thinking about it.

Yeah, the one you assign to the rhythm track jerks spastically and the melody one stands up on its hind legs and conducts with its forearms. You can also connect a midi controller box to it and "play" the hamsters.
